eWON 500

The eWON 500 is an Ethernet Gateway allowing the remote maintenance via Ethernet. It is the ideal building brick to interface with PLC-based automation systems. It is easy to implement and to configure while offering user-friendly web pages for its configuration. It is secure as it meets the toughest industrial standards and has restricted access features required in open networks.

The eWON 500 features a TCP/IP router, embedded firewall, serial link connectivity, Basic scripting, reporting tools and alarm notification.

The support of the Modbus protocol on both the RS485 link and on the TCP/IP network allows addressing a wide range of external devices, including PLC’s, embedded electronics, analyzers, I/Os … for alarm notification. Moreover the device supports the UniTelWay-XIP, DF1-EIP, MPI (via eLINK) protocols. On special request, we can also accomodate other serial protocols.

eWON2001

The eWON2001 is the most popular version of our range of Programmable Industrial Routers. It is the ideal building brick to interface with PLC-based automation systems. It is easy to implement and to configure while offering user-friendly web pages for its configuration. It is secure because it meets all together the toughest industrial standards and has restricted access features required in open networks.

The eWON2001 features a TCP/IP router, embedded firewall, serial link connectivity, remote access, Basic scripting, reporting tools and alarm notification.

The call-back function of the eWON is powerful while on top of the classic call-back with password, it supports also Dynamic DNS that allows call-back through Internet. The 'Transparent Forwarding' function allows accessing any PLC by Internet with its own software application.

The eWON4002 is the full-option version of our range of Programmable Industrial Routers. It is easy to implement and to configure while offering user-friendly web pages for its configuration. It is secure because it meets all together the toughest industrial standards and has restricted access features required in open networks.

The eWON4002 features a TCP/IP router, embedded firewall, 3 serial links connectivity, remote control, scripting, reporting tools, alarm notification, 6 analog inputs, 9 digital inputs, 3 digital outputs and datalogging.

The eWON4002 can be used in combination with PLC's using the following protocols: Modbus RTU-TCP, UniTelWay-XIP, DF1-EIP, MPI and the protocols using the ASCII convention.

The eWON supports TCP/IP and PPP protocols. This allows you to benefit from the most universally implemented network standard. It also allows you to use widely known standard software tools such as Internet Explorer, FTP, SNMP Manager, Mail Recipient… and therefore reduce your costs significantly (cost of implementation and cost of ownership).
